Old Defender Single Malt Whiskey is a distinguished spirit made exclusively from barley, milled on-site, and aged in our used 10-gallon Bigfoot Bourbon barrels. Before aging, these barrels are smoked with peat, imparting a subtle, light smoke note that enhances the whiskey's character.
The aging process in smaller barrels intensifies the flavors, creating a rich, complex profile with hints of vanilla and caramel from the used bourbon barrels. The result is a smooth, balanced whiskey with a unique smoky finish.

In a Rocks glass with a large ice ball add Old Defender Single Malt, Sweet Vermouth, and Bitters. Stir gently to combine.
